Beware, Do NOT Read Post if Hungry!

Anthony's Sister-in-Law Sarah, was born and raised in New Hampshire not only that but so were her ancestors dating back to the 1700's, even further then that for all I know. So I got to see a lot of their history around the town. I even went 4-wheeling in the woods and I got to see the rock foundation of the families original home and barn as well as a family plot with names dating back to the mid-1700's. But more on that later!

Since her family is from there and she is the youngest of 8 children you can imagine all the children and grandchildren that still live there. One of her cousins owns a Pancake house. All included; it has a Sugar House were they make their own syrup from the Maple Trees in their Fields, a playground, a petting farm, and during the Fall, a Haunted Corn Maze.

If you ever go to visit Lake Winnipesaukee or any where around the Lakes Region part. This place is not to be missed The Pancakes at  Heritage Farm Pancake House are to DIE for. Sarah's cousin is always coming up with something new. A few of our favorites where Choc.Chip Pumpkin, Pina Colada, Apple Cinnamon, Oatmeal Raisen, Strawberry Banana, Choc. Covered Strawberry, Oatmeal Scottie...just to name a few. And don't forget their own homemade Maple Syrup!

Funny Story; Sarah was telling us about this one time people were out petting the animals and a chicken put it's head into the pig pen, the pig ran up and tore the chickens head off! Can you imagine!?! Poor kids probably got traumatized.  But it still makes me chuckle a bit imagining it..Morbid...? maybe but still a little funny!
